Look Good Feel Better Teen Workshop

Cancer treatment can be a very difficult journey for many thousands diagnosed with cancer in Australia every year. Look Good Feel Better is a free national program dedicated to teaching cancer patients techniques to restore their appearance.  We held a very successful teen workshop at the Randwick Ronald McDonald House today.  For many of these teens image is a big part of their lives and sometimes going through treatment can be difficult process. The teens had a fantastic time learning the art of not only how to apply makeup to cover up the adverse effects of treatment but also skin care techniques to help with the changes in their skin. The Look Good Feel Better workshops are always very fun and fulfilling. For more information on how you can help out click on the Look Good Feel Better website below.

Protect our Coral Sea

www.protectourcoralsea.org.au

I am a proud supporter of Protect our Coral Sea. The Coral Sea is a tropical marine jewel which lies east of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Yet less than 1% of this Serengeti of the Seas is protected. It's one of the last places on Earth where large marine animals can still be found in great numbers. With 90% of large ocean fish gone from the world's oceans over the last 50 years due to over fishing, the Coral Sea worth protecting

Alina Van Shoes

www.alinavan.com

Alina Van is one of Sydney's hottest new shoe designers.

She had a love affair with shoes since the tender age of 13 while growing up in the south of Russia. After moving to Sydney in 2005 to study her passion for shoes grew even stronger. I became friends with Alina just after she moved to Sydney. Only a few years after, Alina would be living her dream, designing all her own shoes. They are a must have for any girl who loves shoes and style.
